Though the immediate reflex is emotional, grief is a multi-faceted response, it has physical, behavioral, cognitive, social, and spiritual dimensions, just to name a few. As we dig a little deeper, grief has many layers. On suffering a loss, a person goes through all the stages of the grieving process such as 1.    Shock & denial 2.    Pain & Guilt 3.    Anger & bargaining 4.    Depression, reflection & loneliness 5.    The upward turn 6.    Reconstruction & working through 7.    Acceptance and hope No matter how significant the loss is, an individual going through the grieving process goes through stages mentioned above. However, the time of the recovery varies (from person to
